The purchasing process for our Made-to-Order sizes is the same as purchasing our Ready-to-Ship sizes. Once you place an order for your size and we have processed the payment, we will begin crafting the garment to the clients ordered size. Delivery time will be 3 - 5 weeks.

The purchasing process for our Made-to-Measure orders are more extensive as we will be in communication with the client during the entire step-by-step process. Once the client has accepted the design, we will require a $150.00 deposit prior to sourcing the fabrics needed. The deposit will go towards the final payment price.

For orders within the United States, SANTI HOMME offers complimentary 4-7 day standard shipping, $25 2-3 day express shipping, and $35 1-2 day rush shipping.

Yes. We accept exchanges on our Ready-to-Wear garments. Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

If you are wanting to exchange your Ready-to-Ship item for a size that is apart of our Made-to-Order sizes, please contact us at support@santihomme.com

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in it's original packaging with all tags attached.
